Step 01: Initial Meeting
We meet at your house at a time convenient to you. We discuss your ambitions for the project and outline of fee's and services in an appointment letter.
Step 02: The Design Stage
We problem solve the design and come up with ideas based on your comments and our expertise which we share with you in a follow up design meeting. Depending on your comments, we make final adjustments before submitting for planning...

Step 03: Planning
On your behalf, acting as your agents, we submit a planning application with the local authority and liease directly with them to try and ensure an approval is granted with minimum fuss.
Step 04: Building Regulations
Once planning is secured, clients often ask us to produce an additional set of drawings for builders to accurately and competitively price against and also secure Building Regulations Approval.

Step 05: Construction
Normally our clients have all the information they and their builders need before a spade is put into the ground. However, we do offer additional services in over seeing works on site and administering building contracts.
