The Group needed the services of an Architect plus – someone who could lead them through the whole process from start to finish. Welham Architects were shortlisted and selected, and over time I found that whilst being friendly and excellent communicators, they are consummate professionals and gave us enormous confidence in their ability to help us achieve our long standing ambition. They have contacts with Rushcliffe Borough Council, Builders, Structural Engineers and more, and demonstrated to us that they are very good in preparing and detailing the contracts.

They gave us sound advice, plenty of ideas and options where choices had to be made, guided us through the more complicated aspects of the building and contractual processes and demonstrated a first class knowledge of the laws and regulations governing our project – including in those areas that seem to be constantly changing.

The team at Welham Architects was always eager to talk through key decisions with that team and with the Group Executive, more often than not out of normal office hours. I have nothing but positive things to say about Welham Architects and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
