This historic barn and dairy parlour provided the ideal backdrop for realising the dreams of one couple to relocate to the country whilst enjoying a standard of accommodation usually found in the latest town developments.

We worked closely with the client and contractor to provide a spacious home within very tight budget and programme constraints. The project occupied a sensitive location on the edge of the village and we conducted negotiations with the planning authority to address any concerns they had regarding development of this historic site.
